For meeting and conference needs, Ufulu Gardens Hotel avails four different congregation rooms: a 20-seat boardroom, a 25-seat meeting room, a 40-seat executive conference room, and a 200-seat convention hall, all provided with flip-charts, projectors, mobile pin-boards.  The use of a public address system is freely afforded in the convention hall upon request.
